Hello, when I save an attachment it takes about a minute before the file
tree (where i want to save the atachment) appears. each time I click to go
in a sub-folder, the same time I have to wait. this is only in outlook.
Does anyone know this symptome?

thanks in advance,
Wim.

Probably not an Outlook issue. Are you on a network? If so, do you have
drives mapped to any unavailable/nonexistent shares? In a command prompt,
type

net use <enter>

and see what you can see. You can use

net use x: /del <enter>

...to delete a drive mapping pointing at something that isn't actually
there....
