"Save Target As" not available

When trying to download a file (PDF or SGML) by Right-
clicking the hyperlink I don't have the "Save Target As"
option available. Most of the time I prefer not to have
the Acrobat Reader open in the browser or at the time I
download the file(s). Have tried to re-install both the
Acrobat Reader and IE6 but still have the problem.

Any ideas appreciated
