Save target as does not work after installing latest updates

When I right click on a file link and select save target
as, I get an error message that says the website cannot be
found. This began just after installing the last two MS
updates.

The problem occured AFTER installing the latest update. I
already have the SP1 the KB article refers to. This is a
NEW problem.
