How do I save sent items in folder because it keeps deleting automatically
after a month and I don't want that to happen. Please help.

Hello,

check if autoarchive has been enabled for that folder or make sure to turn
off the global auto archive setting within outlook. also, you might want to
check if your Exchange admin's are running mailbox manager to delete or move
anything that is older than 30 days.

Thankyou for the prompt reply. I have checked autoarchive has not been
enabled, but how do i check if exchange admin's are running mailbox manager?

the only thing that i can tell you now is use the Enable Logging feature of
Outlook 2007 to see what changes are being made the folders within your
mailbox. may be that will help to direct us to the reason of your sent items
being emptied.

this can help

I have enabled the logging feature last week and this morning my sent and
deleted folders have automatically cleared. Could you please tell me how to
look at the log?
