SAVE PICTURE AS

I have Windows XP Home Edition. When I try to save a picture from the Internet I get two Save As options: 1) ART (*.art) 2) Bitmap (*.bmp

When I select *.bmp the picture is saved in my default "My Pictures" folder. This is fine. However when I go into "My Pictures" folder and double click on the file I get this message when my Windows Picture and Fax Viewer opens. "No Preview Available

OR....I get this message when I double click on the fil

Windows cannot open this file: select the program from a list

When I select Adobe I get this message: Unknown file forma
When I select Corel I get this message: Invalid file forma

I have never had this problem before. I had Windows ME then I converted to Windows XP. I have had this problem ever since

Any ideas??????

Your cache is full, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
If you are using AOL, you need to disable the "Use Compressed Graphics"
option in the WWW options within AOL.
