Save as problem

In word when a user has a document open and then goes to
save as the save as dialogue box nexer opens. On the
taskbar word will be blinking. If I click on the blinking
word the word window will minimize and the save as
dialogue box will come up. The machine runs windows 98
and office 2000. Any ideas about how to restore normal
functionality?

This is caused by a conflict with the Norton Office Plug-in. See "Title Bars
