"Save As" Default Destination

Whenever I "paste" a file to notepad, then click "save as", the default
destination is "Computer". I never save anything to "Computer", as such.
How do I change the default destination for "Save As" to "Desktop" ???

It remembers the last location used. Create a txt file, and save it to the
desk, then when you saveas after that, it opens the saveas dialog there.
