"Save As" command brings up error message

Good day,

Office 2003 / Windows XP

A user is trying to save emails using the Save As command in Outlook. She
chooses the ".msg" format. When she clicks OK, It looks like the computer
freezes and then she's prompted that the operation failed because there is
not enough memory.

This happens only on her computer. I tried it on other computers and
everything works fine.

Any ideas?

Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

If so, it is likely to be an addin issue.
