save adobe acrobat pdf photo as jpeg or bmap

i have been sent a photo via e-mail and it is in adobe pdf format.how can i
change it,or save it as jpeg or bmap so it will open in my photo imaging
software,which is photosuite 4. i am running xp pro fully updated.i would be
grateful for any help.tia

job done.i opened it with 'Viewing Booth' that is part of my LexmarkX83
printer software
