sata raid drivers @ setup w/o floppy

how do I load windows XP on my SATA RAID driver w/o the
use of a floppy drive to load the drivers? (hard disks
taking all 3.5" slots) I can put them on a cdr but the
setup is strickly looking for a floppy which isnt there
any suggestions? (the RAID drives are connected through a
PCI constroller card.... so no BIOS settings)
