sas Window - Winlogon.exe - Application Error

Machine just updated and I needed to enter the VLK for my laptop using:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /a all seemed to go will but now I get
this:

sas Window - Winlogon.exe - Application Error

and it is just an endless start reboot - I cannot get into safe mode or
anything - any ideas?
