Same thing everytime

Hey, I'm running antispyware on a computer here that is
absolutley ridden with sw, ms antispyware cleaned it up
quite well but every daily scan brings up the same 6 (or
so) items. This is the spyware and adware that come with
kazaa and other free applications. These apps require an
instance of the adware to be on the system to run - if not
it loads the adware right back on! none the less, the crap
is to remain on this computer, at the expense of 1 toolbar
and a few pops. But can i get ms antispyware to stop
catching these specific sw items? i dont want variations
of them to come from any other source (other than these
few apps), over time new versions and other bs always
appear if you have the item on some sort of allow or
exception list. Can i specify antispyware's actions to
signle software programs, and allow whatever is a result
of that on this system? i want to continue daily scans,
but fixing these same 6 items takes a long time...
everyday -

...anyone?

This is a situation of all or nothing at all. Do you want Spyware on your
System or not or do you want to protect your system?. P2p programs are well
targets and habours for malicious content such viruses, spyware and trojans.

This is what the help system in MSAS says about p2p programs such as kazaa:
Windows AntiSpyware may prompt you to remove some peer-to-peer (P2P) file
sharing programs. If you choose to remove such a program, Microsoft Windows
AntiSpyware deletes the entire contents of the Program Files directory that
relates to the P2P program. Because some P2P programs store downloaded files
in a default directory under Program Files, this might remove all files
downloaded through the file-sharing program. For example, KaZaA stores .exe
and .dll files at C:\Program Files\Kazaa. Downloaded files are stored at
C:\Program Files\Kazaa\My Shared Folder. If you use Windows AntiSpyware to
remove KaZaA, all files and folders under C:\Program Files\Kazaa are
removed. If you have installed any P2P file sharing programs, we recommend
that you make a backup copy of your downloaded files before running Windows
AntiSpyware.

Also restart your computer in safe mode and do a deep scan. On the Scan Page
choose Scan Options > Full System Scan. Do this atleast two times until
detects something. Also, before you restart in safe
mode, disable System Restore, some trojans and spyware programs are likely
to restore themselves with system snap shots:

Right click My Computer > Properties > System Restore, check the "Disable
System Restore" check box and restart in safe mode.

Restart in safe mode instructions:
