I resently installed the XP service pack sp1 because the
msblaster hit and after I installed in the lower right
of my screen down next to the clock a little green arrow
appeared saying safely remover hardware,(safely remove
lexmark x73 mfp scanner, when I bought this computer
knowing the trouble I had with xp disabling my hp 9500
series burner I bought a x73 printer scanner and for
months there were no conflicts no messages, than I
installed the xp update the first time and thats when I
first noticed the message. months later I had to do a
restore and it went away til I had to go get the update
again now I have that message again safely remove
hardware. I tried downloading a patch from lexmark tried
HP support. and microsoft support won`t help cause I
can`t pay for there support.also reistalled the whole
lexmark printer program and doing the troubleshooter .
what can I do to remove the massage.
