Safe to delete these files?

These uninstall files have accumulated starting in December 2006. For some
reason, Doug Knox's program Remove Hotfix Backups doesn't "see" them. Since I
don't intend to uninstall any hotfixes, is there a reason to keep any of these
files? My guess is "no."

$MSI31Uninstall_KB893803v2$
$NtServicePackUninstallIDNMitigationAPIs$
$NtServicePackUninstallNLSDownlevelMapping$
$NtUninstallbasecsp$
$NtUninstallKB917734_WMP9$
$NtUninstallKB917734_WMP10$
$NtUninstallKB920213_0$
$NtUninstallKB925398_WMP64$
$NtUninstallMSCompPackV1$
$NtUninstallWIC$
$NtUninstallWudf01000$

Thanks for your help.

Correct.

No, you can safely delete these folders in this case.

Although the normal answer is "no, you don't need to keep them," I have a
slightly different point of view.

Are you short of disk space? If yes, go ahead and delete them. But if you
are not, I would leave them in place to protect against the unlikely event
that you may find you need to delete one of them at some point in the
future.

Other than regaining the disk space they use, there's no benefit to deleting
them.
