runtime error

is there somebody who can help me on that one before i go
crazy and through this comp by the window
since 2 weeks i have an runtime error in program:
crogram files internet explorer iexplore.exe
abnormal program terminason
microsoft visual c++ runtime library
each time i can't stay more than 3 minutes in explorer 6

i have windows xp
can you help me

Runtime Library Microsoft Visual C++, Runtime Error Program
C:\Windows\Explorer.exe or Iexplore.exe, abnormal program termination.

also make sure you don't have both the Sun JRE and the Microsoft VM JIT
compiler enabled.
