I have recently been the victim of internet fraud and
wanted to contact the State's Attorney's Office of
Virginia to see what I can do about my problem. While
surfing through the State of Virginia Website I get to the
page that I need and I get an Explorer popup/error window
that says, "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library - -
Runtime Error - - C
rogram Files\Internet
Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE Abnormal Program Termination" Of
course, I clicked "OK" and Explorer shutdown. I tried it
several times and even re-booted and got the same result.
What is that? How can it be solved?
