Runtime Error Problems

I keep getting "Runtime Error" on almost every web site I go to. I receive a
dialog box that ask "Do you want to Debug"? After I click Yes I see line item
program page but the debug program does not activate.

Help!

Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Checkmark in "Disable Script
Debugging" and UNcheck "Display a notification.............."
