Runtime error 5 at ########

I was using my computer when a dialog named "Error"
appeared, with written "Runtime error 5 at (8 numbers
which always changes)" when I clicked on the OK button my
screen turned black and Windows reloaded.
Since that day I keep having that Runtime error 5 dialog
each time I trun my comp on, though I can use it normally
if I don't click OK in the dialog... Is there a way to make
this dialog disappear without reinstalling Windows ???

What does a scan with your current antivirus (using updated definitions)
show? Also, since something is crashing on startup, go to Start>Run and
type in "msconfig" without the quotes. Uncheck anything that shouldn't
be starting with Windows. Post back if you need more help.
