Runtime Error 26001 when I log in XP home with limited account

Hello I've defined a limited account for my child; it has been working
correctly till last week. Now when he tries to log with his profile (limited)
he gets a window with a Runtime Error 26001 and no way to go further. The
only way is to close the session and connect with an administrator profile.

Can anyone help me?
Thanks

Is there anything else in the error besides this, an application reference
perhaps?

First thing I would do is boot to Safe Mode, boot the system, start tapping
F8 and continue to do so until the menu appears. When it does, select Safe
Mode, then try scanning his account for viruses, first making sure your
antivirus software is up to date. I'd also check for any malware, download,
install and run Ad Aware.

If everything is clear, I'd try treating this as a corrupt user profile as
outlined in the following Knowledge Base Articles:
