running spyware and still have major security issues

My pc is still having the same issues as before. My
setting are contstantly changing. PC being managed by
remote location. Some areas of my spyware are
unaccessable to me.. Need help

Disconnet your self from internet. Run scan from MSAS & Adaware fully
updated (under all usernames & with a full scan)
You may need to scan in safe mode and/or need to remove some files while
being outside of Windows. (Can try and put HD in another machine and scan
and remove NG files.)
