Running antivirus security updates

I am unable to run norton antivirus security updates without administrative rights.The system tells me that there is no enough memory but if I use the administator account it runs.What causes this and how do I go about it without using the administrator account.

Hello,

As far as I know you need to be an Administrator to update Norton, that’s what I have heard anyway it might be different now.
