Runner Error

While my programs are loading, I get the following
message: Runner Error Invalid Back Web application
ID "1940576" Where did this come from and how do I get
rid of it? Thanks

Annabelle, go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs and see if there's a
Back Web APP. If yes
then choose Remove.
