I've seen this error in a few posts lately. You've got something
starting with Windows that is crashing. It could be legitimate but
invasive, or it could be spyware. BackWeb is one of those older "push
technologies" that is usually considered spyware but may come as part
of OEM pre-installed software. Start your troubleshooting by going to
Start>Run and typing "msconfig" without the quotes. Look on the Startup
tab and uncheck unnecessary items. To look up what the items you see
are, go here:

Then, do a scan for spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy from
www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to
update these programs before running them. It is best to run antivirus
and spyware removal tools in Safe Mode. Both these programs are free,
so run both as they tend to complement each other. I assume you have a
current (post-2002 version with updated definitions) antivirus program
installed. If not, you most certainly should get one asap.
