Windows XP RunDLLEntry Missing

Since putting Kaspersky on her PC my daughter always gets this message at start up
Error in C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\Drivers\W32X86\3\DLCFtime.dll

Missing entry :- RunDLLEntry


On clicking OK it disappears and there does not seem to be a problem. Anyone know the significance of this and is it important?
