rundll32.exe keeps running

System is going slow, rundll32 starts up when user logs on to account, and
does not close down, and takes between 90-99% of cpu, causing other
programmes to run slow. I have left PC running for a few hours, rundll
keeps on going, if I close it via task manager system runs fine. Any ideas
why it is using so much of the processor all of the time/not shutting down.
