First, you need to find out where Btien.dll came from, it is not a Microsoft
file. It is most likely spyware or adware, but could be part of a Browser
Helper Object. I searched Google, but found nothing. You might want to try
out something like Adaware or Spybot Search and Destroy to check for
spyware.
