I keep getting this RUNDLL window....

The error message reads as follows:

An exception has occurred while trying to run"C:\WINDOWS\System32\btien.dll,Download"

Does anyone have any idea what this is trying to tell me and more importantly...How do I fix it?

Sounds like some strange malware/crapware/virus file. It is not on my
computer and I could find no mention of it in Yahoo search. Go to :
http://www.lavasoftusa.com and install Ad-Aware and then scan computer for
junk.

Also Start>Run msconfig and select Startup tab. Unselect entry for this, as
it is unneeded.
