I hope someone can help me. For about 2 weeks now,
everytime I try to do anything from MY separate desktop
(windows xp, pro edition),a message pops up, labeled
RUNDLL, and then the message reads "an exception has
occurred while trying to run "H:\windows\system32
\btien.dll,download". I have no idea what this is, or how
to get rid of it. I think it might be a virus, but I
really don't know. I would REALLY appreciate it if
someone familiar with this problem could email me and
tell me how to fix this problem. Thanks a whole lot, in
advance.
