Windows Vista RunDLL error on Startup, Can u help me find a solution?

Starting up the computer theres a RunDLL error, how can i stop this process using registry edit or any other method. Im using Windows Vista- n the error reads as


C:\Users\DELLUS~1\AppData\Local\Temp\ljJAQIAr.dll

Much Obliged =]

The filename is associated with the malware group Trojan.Vundo

Run msconfig
Look for it in the startup section and uncheck it.

Then

Run regedit
Use the find option and search for all instances of the file..... delete each occurance.
