RUNDLL error message

When trying to access my "add remove" programe icon I keep receiving the
error message "an exception occured while trying to run
C:windows/system32/shell32.dll/control_RUNDLL......." can anyone help me
remove this????

Just a tip: Always include as much info as possible on an error. eg, the
program you are trying to uninstall, etc. we can be much more helpful that
way.

Apologies, I was trying uncucessfully to uninstall Realplayer 10 and the
error message in full was:

"an exception occured while trying to run
C:\WINDOWS\system\shell32.dll,control_runDLLappwiz.cpl"

Can you still help?

Hmm... this may sound silly, but download the latest version of realplayer,
install it, and then uninstall it. See if that does it.
