Rundll Error in P17.dll missing entry:P17 helper

After formating my hard drive and reinstalling XP Home SP 2 and reinstalling
the software for my Creative SB Audigy LS soundcard, from the CD that came
with the soundcard, I received the rundll error message at bootup that
P17.dll missing entry P17, helper. The sound card and other applications ran
without problem. When I uninstalled the software per Creative's solution ID
1712 and installed the latest drivers and applications from the Audigy LS
site, I no longer received the error message, but I also no longer had the
graphic equalizer. So, I reuninstalled the latest drivers and reinstalled
from the CD. I got the equalizer back, but also got the error message back.
Any ideas? Thanks for your suggestions.

Dump Creative junk.

Buy something else. Seriously. They don't know how
to write drivers. The error msg. you're getting is COMPLETELY
their fault, a programming error. It's not XP's fault.
