run time error with MS Producer

Has anyone ever experienced this before?

When I start the capturing for the audio on MS Producer for Powerpoint to
match up with my slides, I get the error that states: "A runtime error has
occurred. Do you wish to debugged. . . Line: 368, Error:
Permission Denied."

When I click on yes, I get the message: "An exception 'runtime error' has
occurred in Script. However, no debuggers are registered that can debug this
exception. Unable to JIT debug."

So then I say no, and I get another error message this time for Line: 53.

After I get out of the error messages, I will go ahead and still record, but
then the animations don't show when you click on next effect. So you don't
know if it's going through or not.

Thanks!

Hi Susan

Glad to hear you got it fixed :)

Lucy

PS Just in case you don't know, Producer is not supported in 2007... Thought
I would warn you.

Hi Lucy, I was able to find the producer newspgroup and was able to get an
answer. The problem was related to IE7.

Thanks!

Hi Susan

You may have more luck getting an answer in the Producer newsgroup:
