Run Time Error HELP REQUEST...

I have a Run Time error "339" on my Windows XP....Component "
comdlg.32.ocx"...How can I proceed to clear this error from my system....Am
new at the PC, Thus....Can anyone explain how to locate information on the
Run Time errors...THANKS! IN ADVANCE!! W.D.
