I cant figure out how to setup a rule that takes ANY/ALL items in my SENT
folder directly & automatically to a personal folder, thus keeping my SENT
folder empty.

Thoughts?

You can accomplish this by not sending "sent" mail to the "sent" folder.
Simply create a rule to:

Apply this rule after I send the message through this account
Move a copy to the "specified" folder (I send them to my Inbox so I can
determine if I want to keep or move to pertinent folder).

A copy of every E-mail you send will go to the folder you specify.

Now, go to Tools > Options > Preferences > E-mail Options >
and remove the check from "save copies of messages in Sent Items folder"
