Rule for 'sent' mail

Is it possible to create a 'rule' that will move mail sent from specific
email accounts into specific 'sent' files?

I see in the rules area where I can "make a copy" but I don't want TWO
copies if I don't have to.

I have 4 email accounts that are set up in my Outlook 2003 program.
