Tools/Rules and Alerts in Outlook?

I tried using mappassistant rules on a public journaling folder, trying to
not! archive internal emails. But when creating this rule name1@domain to
name2@domain works but when a mail is sent to a recepient outside of our
own domain and a cc is sent to someone (name2@domain) it also got not!
archived. Any suggestions? You got an option in the rule (mapassistant) to
thick "Sent directly" but that just doesnt work?

Thanks John

The only way I see this is to select them individually. Is there a way
to filter all from the same domain.?

Since internal addresses are not in INternet format, creata a rule that
looks at all messages and performs the opposite of whatever action you want
and then include an exception of "with specific words in the sender
address", where "@" is the specific word.
