RRAS not starting Access is Denied

I am currently running a Windows 2K SBS server. RRAS was setup and running
until the server crashed with an out of virtual memory error. Since, the
service has not restarted. I have applied SP4, unconfigured RRAS and
reinstalled SP4 and reconfigured the RRAS service without any luck
restarting the service.

There have been no password or security changes on the server. I am not
sure what my next steps should be, but I need to re-establish this service.

If anyone has seen this before and has a fix, any help would be great!!!

Check to make sure the remote registry service is running on the RRAS box.

The remote registry service is running when I have tried to start the remote
access service

Paul,

As suggested by the event information, restarting the server would solve
this problem.
