Hi, yesterday i accidently disable the rpc locator service
from my xp. And now my PC is very slow, and while i want
to start the service automaticaly, i can't get in the
properties(by right click the service) nothing happened
after i click the properties. Anyone knows how do i enter
the properties window and start the service automatically?

Dave;
Try it in Safe Mode.
Reboot tapping F8 each second.
Choose Safe Mode at the menu.

You could try changing the reg key named Start to
a value of hex 3 located at
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\RpcLocator
