How do rpc error happen?
At the Event Viewer, I saw the error code is 7031, it
make my system reboot while I connect to internet with
ADSL. How can I Update my system online?

Try here:

do a CTRL + Alt + Del and end it's process in task manager
to stop it "mblaster.exe" the install the patch and use
the fix to remove it

You need the patch described here to protect against it:

Problem is, you needed to install the patch BEFORE you got infected to avoid
it.
