Roxio CD Creator7

i use Windows XP home edition and have been trying to install Roxio CD
Creator7 but get the following error message:
Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly.
Microsoft
MSXML2R,publicKeyToken="6bd6b9abf345378f"version="4.1.o.o,"=win32,processor
Architecture="x86"
Does anyone know what this means and how to correct it.Any help would be
grately recieved.

I had the same problem, and found a fix on Roxio`s web site
