Help!! Error 1935.An intalling Roxio

I received this error message when trying to install Roxio Easy Media Creator
7. It automaticly uninstalled and left this message. Can anyone help?

Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembl

Lila - I got the exact same error 1935 when trying to install Roxio Easy DVD
