Routing Failed.

Guest

I have Windows 2003 Server Standard with Exchange 2003 SP1 installed on it.
I cannot route faxes to an email account anymore. This was working for about
4 months and now it doesn't work anymore. I like others have installed SP1
and the latest direct x.

I would appriciate any help in this matter.

Thanks.

Jason,

If the messages are being successfully sent to a shared folder and you try to send the fax from
the folder by right clicking and choosing mail root resulting in the following error:
Mail system dll is invalid

Then:
Uninstall Outlook 2003
uninstall Fax service
reinstall fax service

Hope this helps,
Gary

Gary,

Acutally it works now without uninstalling or reinstalling anything.

I changed the authentication from Windows Integrated to Basic and now it
works. Well at least I think that is what I did. I did a whole bunch of
other things too, but I can get the same error messages by switching it back
to Windows Integrated authentication.

Thanks for the input.
