rotating images using PPT 2003

I have pasted an image into a slide set. The image is slightly crooked. I
am unable to straighten it by using the locked center rotation grab bar. In
previous versions of PPT I thought I remmebered being able to grab individual
corners to rotate them slightly allowing the image to be aligned properly on
the page. Do you have any tips for me to try?

Not sure if I understand the question fully, but it sounds asif the rotation
angle is slighly off. What happens if you double click the image, on the
size tab, next to angle see if there is a slight angle applied, set it to 0.
