rollup 1 repeats after usb device install

I have this problem where two times in a row after I installed a Logitech
Quickcam, and then a Bluetooth dongle, Windows update and automatic update
shows I need rollup 1 again. It's like I have to re-install rollup 1 after
installing a new device.

Maybe the Logitech Quickcam is installing an -old- version of a DLL file or
a SYS file,
which then needs to be updated again by the Rollup?
