Is there a way to set up a roaming profile for Outlook 2003 users, like the
user profile?
or
Do you have to set it up the first time a user logs on with a roaming
profile using XP Professional?

what happens if a user is logged on to two different workstations - are the
files locked?

Thx

Since the Outlook mail profile is part of the Windows user profile, it will roam if the user profile roams.

What happens when the user first logs on depends on the mail profile set up, especially what accounts are included. Provide more detail if you need more answersl

If you want the ability of the user to have Outlook 2003 setup for them
on each workstation they log into then I suggest you look at Outlook
Profiler. It was designed to be used in large and small environments for
just this sort of thing.
