right mouse options

David

I have XP home edition and have added several options
(batch files) to the right mouse click. I don't want
them anymore, but can't remove them. The "edit"
and "remove" buttons are greyed out in the "folder
options/file types/advanced" section.
What do I do?

David,

What's the filetype? You may need to remove the options from the registry.

Ramesh:
Thanks for your help, I found it in HKEY_....
I didn't know about using & in the search for underlines
(blanks). Kelly's site is also a great find. Line 23 is
move or not there anymore. I was trying to find
something that would help me get "open" back to the top
of the right click list.
Any suggestions?

Hi David,

My actual question was "What's the filetype?". This is the most required info for us, in this case. And post the respective registry export here. (if possible)
