Right-Click on Desktop Locks Up

When I right-click on empty area on my desktop the hour glass does not stop
and freezes everything else...I have to reboot to fix. Any ideas?

Usually caused by an error in one of the Right-click context handlers.

You may experience problems in Windows Explorer or in the Windows shell
after you install security update MS06-015:
