Right Click Menu on IE

For a while I've had extra menu stuff whenever I right click using IE. Like the spyware stuff that got installed onto my computer a while ago. Well, it left extra menu links like the web savings and web ebates. It shows up under the refresh link. Sorry if this is hard to understand but I don't know how to explain it. But is there anyway to delete the web ebates and web savings links from the right click menu?

Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

Can't find what? Regedit.exe?
Look in the Windows folder. If not there, then extract a new copy with
SFC.
(Start-Run-SFC and extract one file)

Perhaps he took you literally and tried to Run... that hyphenated
"program name"? <eg>
