Deleting items from IE 6.0 right click menu

How do I delete links to web sites that show up in the
menu when I right click while in IE 6.0? The links
appear directly above the line that appears
above "Properties." I'm not concerned with the likes
of "Export to Microsoft Excel." There are, however, some
links to sites I'd rather not know about, or visit. I
know, don't click on the links! At any rate, these are
the links I'm trying to delete. Highlighting the links
and pressing Delete, Ctrl-Delete, or Shift-Delete doesn't
remove the links. Pressing Ctrl-Alt just closes
the "right click" menu.
