Right Click Help!!!

When I right click the drop down menu appears as usual
but a link to an inapporiate site and i need help to find
a way to get rid of it

Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
